1. The liquor should choose water or soft water.
2. The specific ratio of concentration and replacement should be depending on the different production process requirements, in use process, should be regularly refractometer or other methods to determine concentration and adjusted in a timely manner to add lubricant or water concentration meet the process requirements.
3. The ratio of emulsion: weight ratio: big: 3% ~ 7% : 2% ~ 6%
4. The emulsion using temperature should not be less than 25 ℃, should not be more than 55 ℃.
5. It is strictly prohibited to mixed with oil, acid emulsion, and effect use effect and service life.
6. During production, can not close the emulsion circulating stirring device, should maintain cycle, in case of emulsion metamorphic effect use effect. Replace the new liquid, emulsion pool and grooves must be removed.
7. Sealed storage at room temperature, the time limit is one year, continuous high temperature
